Colts Fire Offensive Coordinator Marcus Brady

The Colts announced this morning they have relieved Marcus Brady of his duties as Offensive Coordinator.  They started the season 3-4-1 and are coming off a loss to the Washington Commanders over the past weekend.  Brady joined the Colts as Assistant QB's Coach in 2018, moved to QB's Coach for 2019 and 2020 before taking over as the Offensive Coordinator in 2021.

The Colts released the following statement from Head Coach Frank Reich this morning. "“This was an incredibly hard decision, but one I felt needed to be made in the best interest of the team.  I appreciate Marcus’s commitment to the organization, and he made a significant contribution to our offensive success over the last five seasons. I wish him the best moving forward.”

Is this Frank Reich trying to save the season or trying to save his job?  Barring a huge turnaround in Indy for the second half of the season, I think it's officially time to say Frank Reich's seat is starting to heat up.
